Yet another part of the computer arsenal: Desktop programming. I've been coding desktop programs for the Windows environment almost as long as I've been designing websites (roughly 10 years). While many of the applications I've developed were coded strictly for personal use, I've also coded numerous desktop projects for others. Here are a few.
1. Hellhound Radio/Michal Brodka's News Updaters The total amount of time to create and deploy the application was approximately two days. The HHR News Updater program features an organized, extremely user-friendly GUI that guides you through each step of the news-posting process. Even if someone is using the program for the first time, they will know exactly what to do in order to have their news read by internet radio listeners from all across the globe. The program is also password-protected, so anyone that shouldn't be using the program will certainly not be able to. A similar program was created for Michal Brodka to update his website. The screenshot can be found below.
2. Hellhound Radio Soundboard All of the sounds on the soundboard are removable and replaceable, and the process of adding a new sound to the soundboard is as simple as right-clicking a button.
The desktop solutions featured on this page are for private use by the clients they were designed for; you will not find download links to any of these programs. Looking for a Windows desktop application coded specifically for your needs? I'd be more than happy to help, just e-mail me! -Joe |
